LAWYERS

Born in Lisbon, graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Lisbon, in 1993.
Member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 1995.

He joined Albuquerque & Associados in 1996, and since 2000 has been responsible for managing and organizing the Litigation and Arbitration Department, where he heads a team handling a significant number of lawsuits and arbitration cases in Portugal and abroad.

Much of his work is in civil and commercial litigation, including banking and insurance law. He is responsible for hundreds of clients, including some of the largest Portuguese and foreign groups in insurance, commercial and investment banking, petrochemicals and energy, the motor vehicle industry, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, textiles and IT.
In the Chambers Global rankings he is placed as one of the top Portuguese lawyers in dispute resolution.
