Born in Porto. Graduated from the Faculty of Law, Universidade Católica Portuguesa do Porto, having attended the Universität Passau – Germany – in 2007/2008, where he cooperated in teaching Portuguese to German jurists.

He has a Master degree in Legal Corporate Sciences from the Universidade Católica Portuguesa do Porto, and persented a dissertation subordinated to the “International repartition of taxation rights in case of inexistence of a double taxation treaty”, with the classification of Magna Cum Laude.
Author of scientific articles, such as: “The retro sale (in waranty) of a credit right. Entitlement to interest during the force of the contract” (in www.verbojurídico.pt), “Bail in banking law: - in active operations; - in passive operations” published in Revista de Economia e Direito, Vol. XIV, nº. 1, 2009, da Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa, and a study about the lending contract subordinated to the following theme: “The lending contract in the Portuguese law system: some interesting aspects about its legal regime” (awainting publication in Vida Judiciária).

He joined the firm in 2010. His areas of practice include Civil law, commercial and insurance law, Corporate Law and Tax Law.
