Born in Lisbon. Graduated from the Faculty of Law, International University of Lisbon and admitted at the Portuguese Bar Association in 1998.

He initiated his activity at Olavo Cunha, Franqueira Dias, Barros de Figueiredo, Vaz Pinto & Associados and later on as Associated Lawyer at Ferreira Pinto, Olavo Cunha & Associados. Director of the Legal Department of a company in the wines sector and also worked as legal advisor and analyst of Jurisprudence for Wolters Kluwer Portugal. Partner of Rita Delgado & Associados, having integrated Albuquerque & Associados in 2010.

Keep Treasury of the Associação dos Concessionários da Margem Tejo since 2009.

His areas of practice are principally Civil Litigation, Labour Law, Commercial and Corporate Law. Provides strait legal support in the development and implementation of projects of relevant National interest, actively participating in the respective processes and operations of foreign investment negotiation and subsequent execution.
