The Team has particular experience in advising clients concerning the acquisition of Portuguese nationality and rights of residency, including the entire procedure concerning the “Golden Visa” application and tax advice, overseeing the entire procedure concerning the acquisition in Portugal of the non-habitual resident tax status.
